The role
We're seeking a skilled Loader Operator Trainer who is genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping operators build confidence, capability, and safe operating habits.
Your day-to-day role will include
Training Delivery & Program Development: Deliver structured and engaging training programs for both new and experienced Loader Operators
Performance Monitoring & Skills Development: Identify areas for development, progression pathways and develop coaching plans
Compliance & Record Keeping: Accurately document training sessions, assessments, and competency signoffs aligning with WHS regulations
What you will bring
Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - this is an essential minimum requirement
Proven experience training, mentoring, or assessing loader operators
Several years' experience operating loaders in mining or bulk logistics environments
Confident in delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and practical training sessions
Strong knowledge of load distribution, weight compliance, and safety protocols
Ability to design, manage, and deliver structured training programs
Capable of leading and supporting peer trainers across multiple sites
Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
