About The Role

Reports to: Global Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

The Email & Lifecycle Marketer will be responsible for using email to acquire , engage, retain , and reactivate clients, driving measurable revenue and client lifetime value. This role plans and executes end-to-end email and marketing automation campaigns, including strategy, content, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute email campaigns to acquire , engage, and reactivate clients across the customer life cycle .
  • Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys ( e.g., welcome, onboarding, nurture, reactivation, win-back).
  • Segment client lists based on behavior, demographics, value, and lifecycle stage to deliver relevant messaging.
  • Write, edit, and structure email content ( e.g., subject lines, body copy, CTAs) aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with design , product and operations teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and accurate .
  • Set up, test, and launch campaigns on the email platform, including QA for links, tracking, and rendering.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics ( e.g., deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) and report insights.
  • Run simple A/B tests ( e.g., subject lines, send times, content variants) and apply learnings to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain clean and compliant email lists, following relevant data privacy and anti-spam regulations.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 + years of hands-on experience in email or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Practical experience with at least one major email service provider or marketing automation platform.
  • Strong ability to interpret basic performance data and turn insights into concrete actions.
  • Good copywriting skills in English (and Chinese is a strong plus) with attention to clarity and persuasion.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, basic A/B testing, and best practices for email deliverability.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Desirable

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing thinking with hands-on execution in email service platforms and CRM tools.
