About The Role

  • 1.了解业务部门的战略，为业务部门的战略落地提供建议、规划并参与实施；
  • 2.定期对业务部门进行组织诊断，围绕短板项，在招聘、培训、绩效、激励、文化和员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施闭环；
  • 3.为组织发展提供人力资源支持，定期进行人才盘点，搭建及完善人才梯队；
  • 4.根据人力资源战略，结合业务部门实际，落地相关人力资源工作。
  • 5.协助领导完成其他人力资源相关工作。
  • 1、大学本科以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、企业管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
  • 2、5年以上实体企业HRBP管理工作经验，有制造业经验者优先；
  • 3、中泰双语
  • 4、了解现代人力资源体系搭建方法，熟悉培训、文化、绩效薪酬、组织设计、人才管理工具、方法与知识。
