About the Role

• 31G Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to drive the
• technical vision, design, and execution of enterprise-level software projects. The ideal candidate
• must have deep expertise in Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI), modern frontend
• technologies (React), and strong architectural skills experience with AI, ML and Agentic AI. This
• role requires end-to-end ownership: architecting complex systems, leading engineering teams,
• contributing to pre-sales, building technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of all IT
• projects from conception to deployment.
• This is a senior, client-facing, and leadership-focused role requiring both technical depth and
• strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Architect complete enterprise-level systems, including backend, frontend, databases,
• integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• ● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ engineers across backend, frontend, QA, and
• DevOps.
• ● Work proactively on pre-sales, including requirement analysis, solution design,
• estimations, and client technical presentations.
• ● Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with
• business objectives.
• ● Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, DRF,
• and FastAPI.
• ● Lead and guide frontend architecture using React and related frameworks.
• ● Conduct high-level and low-level architecture planning, including diagrams, workflows,
• and documentation.
• ● Review code, enforce best engineering practices, and maintain clean, secure, scalable
• solutions.
• ● Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth, reliable delivery.
• ● Identify risks, bottlenecks, and architectural gaps, offering clear mitigation strategies.
• ● Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, and monitoring.
• ● Ensure systems are designed with performance, security, and scalability in mind.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ● 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• ● 3 to 4+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or management of engineering teams.
• ● Strong hands-on expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, DRF, and
• FastAPI, AI, ML, Agentic AI (is a plus).
• ● Solid proficiency in frontend development using React and modern
• JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• ● Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, REST APIs,
• microservices, and event-driven designs.
• ● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• ● Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• ● Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ● Ability to balance deep technical execution with leadership and delivery responsibilities.

Nice-to-Have

• ● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• ● Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• ● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ● Experience with message brokers and asynchronous frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka,
• Celery).
• ● Knowledge of AI/ML model integration, pipelines, or data engineering.
• ● Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or experience with smart contract
• integrations.
• ● Experience working with compliance heavy environments (GDPR, NHS DSPT, DPIA
• etc).
