Your expertise will directly contribute to the integrity, efficiency, and success of high-impact construction initiatives in Alabang, Metro Manila.This is a project-based, full-time contract role offering competitive compensation, professional growth, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the engineering and construction sector.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive QA/QC inspections of MEPFS systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary installations, to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards (e.g., PEC, NPC, DPWH).Develop and maintain detailed inspection reports, test logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) with actionable recommendations for corrective measures.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.Verify compliance with local building codes, safety regulations (OSH, DOLE), and international standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE) for all MEPFS components.Conduct pre-installation, in-progress, and final inspections of equipment, materials, and workmanship to validate quality before handover.Assist in the preparation of method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality assurance plans (QAPs) for project approvals.Monitor and document material testing results (e.g., pressure tests, electrical continuity tests) to ensure they meet project requirements.Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and site teams on best practices for MEPFS installation and quality control.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; licensed engineer (PE) is a plus.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC for MEPFS systems in construction, preferably in high-rise buildings, commercial, or industrial projects.In-depth knowledge of Philippine construction codes, PEC standards, and international MEPFS guidelines.Proven experience in preparing QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and compliance certificates.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools (e.g., Primavera, Revit).Certifications in OSH, ISO 9001, or LEED are advantageous.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.sbs/form/jobs
