⭐ Compensation
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.
- Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.
⭐ Schedule and flexibility
- Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. We have part-time hourly opportunities available, and PRN availability varies by market and current hiring needs.
- Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.

⭐What you’ll do
- Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
- Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
- Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in required training and team communication
- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
⭐ Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
