The opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major People & Culture transformation that will shape how employees engage with systems, processes and services across the organisation.
As our Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of a large‑scale HCM implementation, working closely with People & Culture, Digital & Technology and business stakeholders to deliver a system that genuinely improves the employee experience from day one.

You’ll help translate People & Culture and compliance requirements into smart system solutions, support strong adoption through change and engagement, and ensure the organisation is set up for success long after go‑live.
What you’ll be doing
Lead high‑quality business analysis across a complex HCM implementation
Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
Map current‑state and future‑state People & Culture processes
Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with technical teams and vendors to support solution design
Support key implementation activities including data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go‑live
Act as a trusted liaison between People & Culture, Digital & Technology and the wider business
Contribute to change, communications and training activities to drive adoption
Help transition the solution smoothly into business‑as‑usual operations.
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident, collaborative Business Analyst who can balance detail with big‑picture thinking
Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role
Experience working on HCM or HR system implementations (essential), Workday experience highly regarded
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
