Purpose of the Job: Part of HPPM, H&P new product innovation team for new product/process improvement based on customer/market needs. Involve in the development of new R&D projects by experimentations and investigations through scientific methods to collect dataset to evaluate the technical feasibility of potential solutions/prototypes to address the objective of the R&D project. Engage in development of new test methods/tools that are tailored for specific measurements to enhance the efficiency of data collection and analysis. Contribute to safe working environment by identify and review safety measures in work as a continuous effort in workplace safety.
