Join our team as a Scheduling & Workflow Coordinator, supporting clients by organizing structured vacation planning timelines and coordinating detailed itinerary processes in a remote environment. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by managing scheduling elements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all itinerary details are clearly documented and easy to follow.
Many vacation plans involve multiple confirmations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled experiences. Your role will focus on maintaining organized workflows so that each component of the planning process moves forward smoothly. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines efficiently are essential in this position.
You will assist with verifying reservation details, organizing itinerary updates, and maintaining clear documentation so that all planning information remains accurate and accessible. Monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding planning items will help ensure that vacation plans stay on track.
