Residential Field Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix .

• C omplete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
• Build and maintain customer contacts, both new and existing to ensure sales goals are met.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• M aintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Local t ravel required within local territory or state.

​ ​ Qualifications and Education Requirements ​

• Previous sales experience required
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required .
• Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards

Required Skills

• Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
• R egular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service

• Associate ’s or Bachelor’s degree pre ferred
• Industry l icensed in accordance with state regulations

Physical Requirements

• Extensive driving and walking
• Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
• A bility to work long hours as needed
