Clinical Nurse Manager - 2 Pines Acute Care/Cardiac/Tele/Stroke

The Clinical Manager serves as a key communicator for organizational updates, policy changes and education needs. This position establishes and maintains communication with physicians and other professionals to promote mutual understanding of problems and plans of care.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Master's degree is required within 3 years of hire or transfer. Current incumbents in Clinical Manager Role must enroll in a Master’s program by September 2026 and completion by 12/31/29.

Current incumbents in Psychiatry (PIP and 1 Pines) are required to enroll in a Master’s program by January 1, 2027 and complete by April 30, 2030.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or multi-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Approved professional nursing certification required within 1 year of hire or transfer. Current incumbents must obtain within 1 year, by 2/1/2027.
