We're looking for team leads who don't just run a department but actually live the sport. If you play airsoft and you know how to lead people, this is where your hobby and your career become the same thing. You'll build, test, and improve the gear you use on the field yourself.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow your team, setting clear goals and a high standard
  • Take full ownership of your area: you make the calls, you own the results
  • Move fast, ship, and improve as you go instead of waiting for perfect
  • Work hands-on with other departmend such as Product, Operations, and Marketing in Vienna
  • Bring your player perspective into every decision, because you're building the gear you play with

Who You Are

  • An active airsoft player who knows the fields, the gear, and what the community actually wants
  • Experienced leading a team and comfortable owning outcomes
  • The type who takes responsibility instead of passing it on
  • Comfortable owning processes without turning them into bureaucracy
