Licensed as a critical access hospital, we offer a broad range of inpatient, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services. How you'll contribute A Paramedic who excels in this role: Provide emergency medical care: Assess patients, perform life-saving interventions (CPR, airway management, defibrillation), and stabilize conditions. Take vital signs, document patient history, and update electronic health records (EHR) Administer medications and treatments: Deliver IV fluids, medications, and advanced procedures according to protocols. Perform basic lab tasks, prepare specimens, and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms Assess and monitor patients: Evaluate vital signs, symptoms, and medical history to guide treatment decisions. Transport patients safely: Ensure proper care and monitoring while transporting patients to medical facilities. Communicate and document care: Relay patient information to hospital staff and complete accurate reports of incidents and treatments.
