AI Governance Specialist (GenAI Guardrails)

We are looking for an AI Governance Specialist with experience in implementing governance frameworks and guardrails for Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The candidate will help ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, responsible, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement guardrails for GenAI applications, including

• Prompt injection protection
• Content moderation and toxicity filtering
• Data leakage prevention
• Bias and hallucination mitigation
• Human-in-the-loop controls
• Access controls and monitoring

•  Develop and support AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
•  Conduct AI risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
•  Ensure compliance with AI governance and data privacy regulations.
•  Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and security teams to embed Responsible AI practices.
•  Support AI model monitoring, audit, and reporting activities.

Requirements

• AI Governance Specialists (typically someone who has deep expertise in implementing guardrails around GenAI systems
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI Governance principles.
• Knowledge of AI risks, model governance, and AI security controls.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI.
• Understanding of frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, or similar governance standards.

Preferred Background

•  4-10 years of experience in AI Governance, Technology Risk, AI Security, Data Governance, Model Risk, or GenAI implementation.
•  Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
•  Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or governance frameworks are an advantage.
