Assistant IVF Lab Technician, Part Time

The Assistant IVF Lab Tech supports the IVF Lab Manager with daily laboratory operations and production activities. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, involving laboratory procedures, specimen transport, data entry, and collaboration with cross-functional team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities Embryo Stripping Embryo evaluation, grading and freezing Fertilization and culture plate preparation Semen handling and preparation for IVF Driving company vehicle to help pick up & drop off laboratory specimens Oocyte searching and grading for maturation Recordkeeping/Data Entry Requirements High school diploma Ability to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope, in a lab setting. Ability to perform tasks efficiently in outline time frames. Strong attention to detail and organization. Knowledge of the cattle industry is preferred. Works effectively in a team as well as alone.
