About the Role

Kozman & Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Affairs Officer to join its Legal Department. To support daily legal operations and assist with legal documentation, regulatory compliance, contract administration, document control, and coordination with governmental authorities when required.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documentation.
• Support contract administration and document control processes.
• Assist with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities and external entities when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper document management.

• 🕘 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: 5 working days | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳: Friday & Saturday

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law is preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
