The Mastercard Services global product team is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the evolution of consumer research products within the Business & Market Intelligence business. This role will own key product workstreams, translate market and customer needs into scalable product strategies, and drive execution across global and regional teams. The role will also play a critical part in shaping internal and external product communications, sales enablement, and go-to-market activation to increase product awareness, adoption, and sales growth.
Product Management in Services at Mastercard
- Own customer discovery and translate market, customer, and commercial needs into product priorities, features, and enhancements.
- Shape product strategy by balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery priorities, informed by technical feasibility, competitive dynamics, and commercial opportunity.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Regional, Technology, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure successful product development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Drive globally scalable solutions by synthesizing regional requirements, identifying common needs, and prioritizing capabilities that create repeatable customer value.
- Influence senior stakeholders and partner with product leadership to ensure alignment across the broader product portfolio and business objectives.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications, and regional teams to define compelling product messaging, activate launch campaigns, and equip customer-facing teams with tools that support revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Own product performance tracking, including usage, revenue, budget, customer feedback, and other key metrics; use insights to recommend actions and investment priorities.
- Develop internal and external product communications, positioning, value propositions, sales narratives, training, and enablement materials that help customer-facing teams articulate value, create demand, and drive product sales.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, case studies, demo narratives, customer proof points, and talk tracks tailored to different customer segments and buying stages.
- Lead internal activation efforts for product launches and enhancements, including stakeholder briefings, sales training sessions, launch kits, and regular updates that ensure global and regional teams understand the product value proposition and commercial priorities.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to support external-facing campaigns, thought leadership, customer webinars, events, and content that build market awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication and enablement activities by tracking adoption, seller feedback, asset usage, pipeline influence, customer engagement, and contribution to sales performance.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery quality, commercial discipline, and compliance with Mastercard policies and standards.
- Coordinate global and regional stakeholders to deliver successful product launches, resolve execution risks, and ensure alignment across markets.
- Demonstrate Mastercard Way behaviors by leading through collaboration, accountability, thoughtful challenge, and proactive engagement.
All About You
- Typically 6 or more years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, consulting, market research, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to own workstreams, manage ambiguity, prioritize competing needs, and deliver outcomes through structured execution.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, analytics, data-driven products, or decision intelligence solutions.
- Ability to translate customer needs and business opportunities into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and commercially relevant recommendations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
- Experience developing product communications, sales enablement content, launch materials, or go-to-market assets that support commercial growth and customer adoption.
- Strong ability to convert complex product, data, and analytics concepts into simple, persuasive messages for internal stakeholders, sellers, partners, and customers.
- Curiosity and fluency in how technology, software platforms, data, and AI can solve customer and business problems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear analyses, executive-ready materials, and client-facing narratives.
- Knowledge of financial services, payments, retail, travel, consumer behavior, or data products is a plus.
