Job Descriptions: Telemarketing represents the image of EF Adults. You will provide appropriate learning information needed by prospective EF Adults Indonesia students. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from prospective students who are looking for learning information about EF Adults through online channels (websites, social media or other media) Fulfilling the target of attending consultation invitations per month, Meet the target calls per day Operating Sales force and Quiros systems for administration in the calling process Minimum Qualifications: Minimum education equivalent to Diploma 1 year previous working experience as a call center / telemarketing Able to communicate using good and correct Bahasa Indonesia Able to operate Microsoft Office Willing to work in shifts and on Saturday Neat and clean appearance
