Role Overview Looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Software Engineer to support the client internal Account Receivables Platform. This role focuses on investigating and resolving complex production issues escalated by the Production Support team where no viable workaround exists. The engineer will perform root cause analysis, develop permanent fixes, and drive solutions through the complete DevOps lifecycle from development through production deployment.
