Manager - HR Projects - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus)

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Manager to manage and optimize the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including HRMS platforms such as Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong and other HR/business applications such as Happay, Quest2Travel, Disperz and multiple downstream/upstream business applications. The role will have strong ownership of HR technology integrations, application management, automation, AI-led solutions and RPA, ensuring seamless data flow across the HR technology landscape and delivering technology solutions that improve employee and HR experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in API and SFTP-based integrations, be comfortable working with multiple technology vendors and internal application teams and have a strong understanding of emerging AI and automation technologies with the ability to translate them into practical HR use cases.
