About The Role

Hormel Foods – Sanitation Location: Alma, KS Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2PM-10:30PM; extended hours and weekends may be required) The Sanitation Employee is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment. This position performs routine sanitation and housekeeping duties throughout the facility, including waste removal, equipment cleaning, container washing, and general plant cleanup. The Sanitation Associate supports food safety, employee safety, and operational efficiency by following all sanitation procedures and company policies.
