Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning and development strategies that drive organizational performance, employee growth, and business objectives. This role oversees a team of learning professionals and collaborates with leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and deliver innovative learning solutions across the employee lifecycle. The Senior Manager is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning through leadership, career development, compliance, and skills-based training programs. The role oversees the learning management system (LMS), manages an LMS Administrator, and leads the deployment and reporting of quarterly and annual enterprise compliance training initiatives.
