About The Role
Position Summary Responsible for carrying out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities for machining equipment on the shop floor, conducting equipment inspections and maintenance on production lines, and providing rapid troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair support for equipment-related issues to ensure smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine equipment inspections, patrol checks, troubleshooting, and issue reporting for production line equipment. Carry out daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of machining equipment. Provide equipment repair services and technical support, maintain repair records and statistics, and assist other maintenance technicians in resolving equipment-related issues. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, and reduce scrap rates. Participate in tiered meetings and actively propose improvement suggestions in areas such as quality enhancement, process optimization, and mechanical design improvements. Support the rapid diagnosis and resolution of equipment-related abnormalities during production. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications and Requirements Technical secondary school diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical transmission components such as bearings and gears, with proven troubleshooting capabilities. Good understanding of mechanical principles and strong ability to analyze and diagnose CNC machine faults, with excellent hands-on technical skills. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, willingness to take on challenges, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with manufacturing concepts and methodologies, including 5S, Seven Wastes (Lean Manufacturing), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Standardized Work, and Kaizen.
