Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our Technology organization, supporting the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of electronic trading platforms within the institutional business. The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with hands-on project delivery experience in capital markets technology. This individual will manage cross-functional initiatives involving trading workflows, integrations, and user experience improvements, working closely with developers, QA, product, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and analytical abilities, as well as a collaborative approach to managing complex technology initiatives that directly support Tradeweb’s growth and innovation goals.
