Mid-level UX Designer

The Role

We are looking for a mid-level UX Designer to create intuitive, data-driven experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and user-friendly design.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Lead the full UX lifecycle, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• SaaS Complexity: Simplify complex B2B workflows and large datasets into streamlined, actionable interfaces that reduce user friction.
• Design Systems: Maintain and expand our design library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all product modules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful handoffs.
• Platform Expertise a Plus: Leverage experience designing for the Salesforce platform (Lightning Design System) to build native-feeling, enterprise-grade applications.
• Iterative Design: Use qualitative feedback and product analytics to continuously test, validate, and improve the user experience.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design specifically within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sector.
