岗位职责 ,

• 负责厂务类电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统；
• 负责现场项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作；
• 负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
• 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排；
• 做好运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档；
• 工程主管安排的其他工作

岗位要求，

• 3年以上相关厂务维修及运行工作经验；
• 持有电工上岗操作证；
• 工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
• 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力
