岗位职责：

a) 支持及协助总部大楼智能化团队产品的落地；

b) 账号管理：智能楼宇 admin 账号管理 ，包括 app portal 账号（舒适度控制日志， SGMS ）智慧安

防 / IBMS / 会议室预约系统 / 企微（访客、智慧安防、舒适度控制）

c) 巡视 智慧楼宇各应用每天正常运行无宕机，数据展示正常

d) 大堂闸机、 1 楼电梯选层器、楼层人脸面板机硬件正常运行及通行 弱电三合一、六合一传感器并实时记录故障问题

e) 负责智能化系统底层设备及数据的跟踪，如温湿度传感器、 FCU 温控器、占空传感器、人脸抓拍、感应门锁、蓝牙、网关等；

f) 收集行政运维需求，反馈给上级，协助产品的优化迭代；

g) 负责智能化产品测试，如舒适度系统、安防系统、智能感应照明系统等；

h) 根据上级指示，与供应商沟通合同的报价、签订、盖章；

i) 负责智能楼宇系统的日常登录和维护，确保系统的正常运行。

j) 监控智能楼宇系统的运行状态，及时发现和报告系统异常情况。

k) 收集和整理智能楼宇系统的数据，进行数据分析和处理。

任职要求：

a) 教育背景： 211 本科或以上学历，工程类专业优先；

b) 工作经验：硕士应届或本科 1 年以上工作经验；

c) 专业技能：了解智能化产品的行业基础词汇，了解行业准入门槛，专业的数据分析和分类汇总能力，熟练操作办公软件
