               - Own and improve Operations Masterdata

Establish a culture of continuous improvement

               - coach and mentor professionals and operations leaders

               - be active part in talent management

Masters Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or relevant education with relevant work experience
Experience in Project Management
Adanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
Knowledge in SAP is a big advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in change management
Structured working stile with an eye for details
