What this job involves

• Focus on Business Development for the Tenant Representative services, bridge the end user with more senior colleagues from JLL.
• Participate and assist senior colleague(s) to complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
• Provide support to other staff in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
• Source and identify new business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team.
• Create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting the line manager to win new clients.
• Reporting to line manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
• Attending and supporting training initiatives by senior members to junior staff from tenant representative perspective.
• Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
• Attending internal trainings and meetings.

Desired experience and technical skills

Experienced in office leasing transactions

Do you have at least 8 years or above of experience in commercial or office leasing? Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in the market.

While you will be given freedom to work independently while chasing your own leads, we will prefer you working closely with senior colleagues as a team to service clients with larger requirements. You can learn from other team members and pick up the negotiation skills required to be influential to your clients’ occupancy needs in the long run.
