Responsibilities

Responsible for management accounting and analysis across Group companies, delivering timely and accurate management reports/dashboards on the Group companies' financials

Compiling and reviewing data from multiple sources and varying formats in order to present an accurate picture of key operations processes and financial outputs to management. Able to format the analysis in a way that non-finance experts can parse and make informed decisions.

Work with Financial Accounting team to align on accounting treatment and accruals that will reduce duplication of analysis and redo-ing of work. To document clearly the differences between Financial Accounting treatment and Management Accounting treatment and to close this gap as much as possible.

Prepare a periodic department level budget and forecast for operational expenses, and work with department heads to understand variances between forecast and actual.

Assist Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and requests as required.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a related role

All-hands-on-deck attitude with an ability to remain calm and excel under pressure

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A successful track record working in a high-volume environment

Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively

Proven experience in the finance industry will be an added advantage
