About The Role

FLINT is seeking Process Operators to join our team in Fort McMurray starting in August 2026. In this role, you will be working in a Tailings environment, operating and maintaining electric and diesel pumps & completing ground work .  This position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Flights and camp accommodations will be provided by our client, and benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.

Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
CSO
Any Heavy Equipment Experience is an Asset.
Pipe Fusing experience is an asset
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 9 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
