About The Role

Deliver clean linen, towels, robes, and amenities to guest floors in a timely manner. Replenish housekeeping pantries according to par stock levels. Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with required supplies and amenities. Remove soiled linen, trash, and recycling from service areas and guest floors. Coordinate with Laundry to ensure continuous linen availability. Assist Room Attendants during high occupancy or peak periods. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (extra towels, pillows, toiletries, baby cots, etc.). Deliver items within established service time standards (e.g., 10–15 minutes). Greet guests professionally and maintain a polite, well-groomed appearance. Respect guest privacy and follow Do Not Disturb (DND) policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house corridors and storage areas. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards immediately. Adhere to chemical handling guidelines and safety data sheet (SDS) standards. Comply with fire, life, and safety regulations. Participate in regular safety training sessions. Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.

Qualification: • Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus. Experience: • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry. • Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus. • Experience working in remote island locations is a plus. • Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is a plus. Technical skills: • Excellent organization skills. • Superb customer service to our guests. • Able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. • Must be detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards. • Fluency in English or another language, written and verbal communication. • Knowledge of a second language is a plus. • Time management
