About The Role

Responsibility for sales in Türkiye (Marmara Region) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of customers.
Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix).
Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.
Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team.
Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers.
Information gathering about competitors & market trends.
Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user.
Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development.
Increases numeric and weighted distribution.
Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users.
Entrepreneurial thinking.
Autonomous working manner.
Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation.
Analytical thinking and strategic overview.
Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus.
Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods.
Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
