AHEAD's Managed Services team is seeking driven and analytically-minded freshers to join as Operation Center Apprentices. As part of our NOC, you will monitor client infrastructure, respond to alerts, and support the team in ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems across AHEAD's global client base — an excellent launchpad for a career in IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor client IT infrastructure — servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments
  • Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts and events per defined runbooks and SOPs
  • Log incidents, document observations, and escalate critical issues to senior engineers
  • Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for client environments
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during incident resolution
  • Support change management by validating pre and post-change system states
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures

Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls

What We Are Looking For

  • Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field
  • Basic awareness of networking concepts — OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server fundamentals
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail; calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is a plus
