Join a fully remote engineering team building AI-powered advertising technology used by brands, agencies, and publishers <worldwide.As> a Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will develop end-to-end product experiences across modern frontend and backend <technologies.You> will work on campaign management, advertiser dashboards, billing systems, integrations, and data-driven capabilities that directly impact customer outcomes.The role gives you ownership across the entire development lifecycle, from database and API design through frontend implementation, testing, and <deployment.You> will collaborate with engineering and data teams while helping evolve the architecture of a growing advertising platform.The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative, with opportunities to solve complex technical challenges at scale.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical ownership and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Design and implement full-stack product features using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs with authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and robust input validation.
  • Design and evolve PostgreSQL database schemas, including migrations, indexing strategies, query optimization, and JSONB-based data models.
  • Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using established design patterns and component libraries.
  • Integrate with third-party advertising platforms and APIs, including Google Ads, Meta Marketing API, and Adform, to support account management and data synchronization.
  • Implement and maintain OAuth 2.0 authentication flows for external platform integrations.
  • Develop complex business functionality covering billing calculations, invoice generation, payment processing, campaign workflows, and advertiser-facing experiences.
  • Optimize application performance and database queries when working with large and increasingly complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on Snowflake integrations supporting analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Participate actively in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback that strengthens code quality, maintainability, and engineering standards.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems using monitoring tools, application logs, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
  • Take ownership of features from technical design and implementation through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development or software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot, including Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development.
  • Strong proficiency with React 16+ and TypeScript, including hooks, state management, and modern component development patterns.
  • Solid PostgreSQL experience, including database schema design, query optimization, indexing, and migration management.
  • Experience building responsive web applications using CSS frameworks, with Tailwind CSS experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SES, Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience integrating third-party REST APIs and implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently take ownership of features from technical design through production deployment.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend applications, including browser developer tools and server-side logging.
  • Ability to work primarily between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM ET.
  • Player-coach mindset, with the confidence to contribute hands-on while also providing technical leadership when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to both giving and receiving direct feedback.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Curiosity, research-oriented thinking, and a data-informed approach to technical decisions.
