We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.Role: SentiLink is building high-performing teams to tackle some of the most complex problems in identity, risk, and fraud, and we are looking for a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in that <growth.In> this role, you will own full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while remaining flexible to support business and go-to-market hiring as company priorities evolve. You will also partner closely with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles.This is a highly collaborative role for a recruiter who brings strong talent-market expertise, sound judgment, and a willingness to operate as a fungible recruiting partner across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, help shape hiring strategy, and provide informal leadership and mentorship to other recruiters and recruiting partners.This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Candidates based in Austin who are able to work regularly from one of our office locations are especially encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributor through leadership level rolesPartner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisionsLead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent marketsManage complex and high-priority searches, proactively identifying risks and driving alignment across stakeholdersUse a data-driven approach to recruiting strategy, leveraging funnel metrics to prioritize work, improve conversion rates, and drive hiring outcomesDeliver structured, consistent, and high-quality interview and candidate experiencesMaintain strong operational rigor across the ATS and recruiting workflowsImprove recruiting processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scaleProvide informal team leadership through mentorship, calibration, and knowledge sharingHelp embed thoughtful, AI-enabled practices across our recruiting infrastructure and team, using AI to improve sourcing, market research, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiting operations while maintaining sound judgment and confidentiality Requirements:7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startupExperience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functionsDemonstrated success recruiting both technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidatesProven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communicationStrong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skillsData-driven approach to recruiting, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomesDemonstrated fluency with AI tools and workflows, with the judgment to identify practical use cases, evaluate outputs, and help drive responsible adoption across a recruiting teamExperience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other recruiters or sourcersStrong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline; experience with Ashby is preferredCommitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and values-aligned teamsWillingness to travel approximately six times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant eventsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the countryCandidates based in Austin and willing to work regularly from the office are preferredCompensation:$160,000-$200,000/year + equity + benefitsPerks:Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)Flexible paid time offRegular company-wide in-person eventsHome office stipend, and more!Corporate Values:Follow ThroughDeep UnderstandingWhatever It TakesDo Something Smart
