Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.Are you ready to join us?Your job As a Senior Data Analyst in the Data Analytics team, you are the driving force behind transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and ensure that stakeholders across Statista can make confident, data-driven decisions.Plan, manage, and coordinate analytics and reporting projects, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverablesServe as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding KPIs, performance, quality, and customer behaviorUnderstand stakeholder problems, hypotheses, and decision needs through discussions and workshops, and translate qualitative issues into clear analytical questions, metrics, and reporting requirementsAnalyze data in depth and derive concrete, actionable recommendations that support operational efficiency and growth objectivesAdvise senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and present results clearly, structured, and concisely for different audience groupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver the foundation for scalable, data-driven solutionsYour profile4 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independentlyExperience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or SnowflakeProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA strong analytical mindset paired with a structured, solution-oriented way of workingFamiliarity with programming languages like Python is a plusWhat we offerIn addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work!
