ResponsibilitiesProject intake, scoping & execution: Serving as the entry point for Marketing initiatives, building project briefs from the ground up, identifying the right stakeholders, and driving timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.Project management systems: Owning and architecting the systems used to manage Marketing work (ClickUp, <Monday.com>, Asana), including workflows, automations, intake systems, dashboards, and <reporting.AI>, automation & agentic workflows: Leading the integration of AI agents and automation into Marketing operations, identifying opportunities, coordinating implementation, and driving adoption.Resource coordination & prioritization: Maintaining visibility into what's coming into Marketing, ensuring requests are properly scoped, and surfacing capacity conflicts and bottlenecks early.Cross-functional communication & alignment: Acting as a central liaison across Marketing functions and other departments, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Operational infrastructure: Building scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed.Product launches & go-to-market: Owning Marketing-related launch timelines, deliverables, and coordination across Creative, Lifecycle, Ecommerce, Paid Media, and other <teams.Data> visibility & decision making: Helping surface and communicate relevant Marketing data to support faster, more informed decisions.Requirements3-6+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, integrated marketing, or similar operational rolesExperience working in a fast-paced startup, high-growth, or similarly dynamic environmentDemonstrated experience taking cross-functional projects from early-stage concept or loosely defined request through scoping and executionExperience managing complex Marketing initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneouslyAdvanced expertise in at least one major project management platform (ClickUp, <Monday.com>, Asana, or equivalent)Demonstrated experience architecting project management systems: workflows, automations, templates, intake processes, dependencies, dashboards, and reportingExperience implementing workflow automation and integrating tools across business processesStrong familiarity with AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms, or agentic systems, with the ability to rapidly learn emerging technologiesExperience facilitating the rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows across teamsStrong familiarity with Marketing workflows across Creative, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Content, Web/Ecommerce, Affiliate, Brand, and Product LaunchesComfortable building systems, templates, briefs, processes, and operational documentation from the ground upComfortable working with Marketing performance data and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment around prioritization, resource allocation, and escalationHigh level of ownership, accountability, and independent problem solvingNice to HaveExperience implementing agentic AI workflows or AI-powered operational systemsExperience with automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar platformsExperience connecting project management platforms with Slack, data sources, reporting tools, or other business systemsExperience building sophisticated ClickUp, <Monday.com>, or Asana environments from the ground upExperience building Marketing intake, resource management, or operational systems from scratchExperience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives where requirements were not fully defined at the outsetExperience supporting launch operations in fast-paced consumer brandsFamiliarity with Shopify, Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Media operations, or subscription businessesExperience working across highly collaborative, fast-moving teams with frequently evolving priorities What’s in it for you?As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:Flexible hoursWork wherever you chooseFun and casual work environmentEmployee engagement activities and virtual gatheringsWe are a diverse, global team! 🌍
