About the RoleThis role sits at the heart of an enterprise AI adoption platform, owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts and driving the full post-sales lifecycle — retention, adoption, and expansion. You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering and Product to translate customer needs into action, while directly shaping how thousands of organizations succeed with AI at scale.What You'll DoOwn a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be fully accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion <outcomes.Build> structured account plans covering stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk <mitigation.Run> strategic customer conversations — including QBRs and executive business reviews — grounded in data and measurable outcomes.Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes, finding champions, managing blockers, and building multi-threaded relationships from end users to <C-level.Build> AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business and systematically eliminate manual <effort.Work> cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer feedback into product direction.Serve as the internal voice of the customer while aligning with the broader product roadmap.What We're Looking For5+ years in a customer-facing enterprise role — Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales.Proven success driving adoption in complex organizations and owning renewal and expansion conversations.Hands-on experience building AI agents and automating workflows; able to discuss model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.Technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineering and IT teams, not just business users.Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach using CRM signals, usage data, and health scores.Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and push back constructively when needed.Fluency in German (C1+) and English — both are required.Nice to have: Background at an AI-native company, technical consulting firm, or early-stage startup; founder or early-employee experience is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: €80,000 – €120,000 per year. Relocation support is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.LocationOn-site in Berlin, Germany (full-time, no remote option). Relocation support is provided.
