ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a generalist commercial role at a fast-moving, pre-seed energy tech startup building full-stack electricity retail infrastructure for European households. You'll work closely with the founding team in Berlin to create durable systems across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management — the commercial backbone that enables growth and customer trust in a regulated industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Tackle varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management as the business scales.
Own problems end-to-end — from scoping through execution — and deliver high-quality work you're proud of.
Adapt scope and priorities fluidly as the business evolves and new challenges emerge.
Help shape operating practices and processes alongside your core day-to-day responsibilities.
Contribute to a culture of effective communication, ownership, and craftsmanship in an in-person Berlin environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of proven performance in a high-performance environment — such as a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.
Versatile background in banking, legal, operations, partnerships, or another domain that adds direct commercial leverage.
Rapid learner who can go from novice to effective within days by talking to experts, thinking from first principles, and executing with conviction.
Strong interpersonal style: kind and engaging, but comfortable pushing for results when necessary.
Proactive owner who notices and fixes broken processes without waiting for permission.
German fluency at C1 level or above is required.
