What You’ll Do

• Teach swimmers of all ages using our structured and easy-to-follow curriculum
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment
• Help swimmers build confidence and reach new milestones
• Communicate progress with parents in a positive, professional way
• Maintain a clean and organized pool deck
• Attend paid training and professional development workshops

• Competitive pay: $19–$22/hour based on experience
