Position: Pipeline Engineer

Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

• \- Lead and manage pipeline engineering activities for large-scale EPC oil & gas projects.
• \- Review and approve pipeline design drawings, isometrics, and engineering documents.
• \- Supervise pipeline construction, installation, and field fit-up activities.
• \- Manage pipeline hydrostatic testing, pigging, and pre-commissioning activities.
• \- Coordinate with client (Saudi Aramco), subcontractors, and multi-discipline teams.
• \- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES), ASME, and international codes.
• \- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• \- Track progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.
• \- Mentor and manage local and expatriate pipeline teams.

Requirements

• \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• \- 10+ years of hands-on experience in oil & gas pipeline construction and installation (EPC projects).
• \- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
• \- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8.
• \- Strong experience with pipeline welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), hydrotesting, and commissioning.
• \- Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and engineering drawings.
• \- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• \- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
• \- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
