Role: Project Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our Client is a specialized design & build company delivering premium spa, wellness, and wet area solutions across luxury hotels, private villas, and wellness facilities in the UAE.

We are looking for a driven Project Sales Manager (Hunter) with a strong background in project-based sales to lead business development and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new project opportunities across hospitality, residential, and wellness sectors
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals with a focus on conversion
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Drive negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
  • Track market trends and upcoming project opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project sales (construction/interiors/wellness preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • UAE driving license (mandatory)
