Machine Operator

• **Machine operator**
• To operate and support production machines ensuring **accurate processing, consistent quality, and timely batch output** of IVD products in compliance with GMP and internal SOPs
• **Key Responsibilities**

• Operate production machines (filling, coating, labelling, or related equipment) as per SOPs
• Prepare and handle process materials (reagents, labels, solutions) accurately
• Monitor critical parameters (volume, time, temperature, concentration)
• Conduct basic in-process checks and identify any deviations
• Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and changeover
• Report equipment issues, process deviations, and quality concerns promptly
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and internal SOPs

**Qualifications**

• Diploma / Technical training in relevant field
• 1–3 years experience in production or similar environment
• Attention to details (critical for machine operation accuracy)
• Basic machine handling skills
• Ability to follow SOPs
• Basic computer skills
