This company (re)packs and stores frozen and refrigerated food products for numerous European companies. They do this tailor-made for each customer. Since its inception in 2003, the company has grown step by step and continues to do so. By 2027 the company is aiming for 300+ employees working together on 25 000 unique packaging assignments.

We are looking for a motivated production worker with mechanical insight to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for

Setting up and adjusting various packaging machines
Monitoring and checking different packaging lines
Intervening and troubleshooting minor technical issues when needed (mechanical)
Providing general support in the production environment
Carrying out small practical tasks , such as hanging signs and other light maintenance jobs
You have a basic understanding of mechanics
You are practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented
Experience in a packaging environment is an advantage
You speak English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
You are available to work during daytime shifts on a daily basis
You work accurately and can function independently
