Job Description Job Summary: The Demand Planner Is Responsible For Forecasting Product Demand To Support Efficient Inventory Management And Uninterrupted Supply For Food & Beverage Operations. This Role Works Closely With Sales, Production, Procurement, And Warehouse Teams To Ensure Accurate Demand Plans Aligned With Business Objectives, Shelf Life Requirements, And Food Safety Standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop And Maintain Accurate Demand Forecasts Using Historical Data, Market Trends, And Sales Inputs. • Collaborate With Sales And Operations Teams To Align Forecasts With Promotional Activities And Seasonal Demand. • Monitor Inventory Levels To Prevent Stockouts, Overstocks, And Product Expiration. • Analyze Forecast Accuracy And Continuously Improve Planning Processes. • Support Production And Procurement Planning Based On Approved Demand Plans. • Prepare Regular Demand And Inventory Reports For Management Review. • Ensure Compliance With Food Safety, Quality, And Regulatory Requirements In Planning Activities. Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelor’S Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Or A Related Field. • Proven Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably Within The Food & Beverage Industry. • Strong Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills. • Proficiency In Planning Tools, Erp Systems, And Microsoft Excel. • Strong Coordination And Communication Skills. Job Summary

The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting product demand to support efficient inventory management and uninterrupted supply for Food & Beverage operations. This role works closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate demand plans aligned with business objectives, shelf-life requirements, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align forecasts with promotional activities and seasonal demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocks, and product expiration.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes.
  • Support production and procurement planning based on approved demand plans.
  • Prepare regular demand and inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in planning activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
