About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Specialist with strong experience in website management (Wix/WordPress), video editing, and social media marketing, ideally within the property management industry.

This role blends creativity and leadership — perfect for someone who can both produce standout content and lead a small creative team toward strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies across web, social, and video platforms.
• Manage and update websites using Wix or similar platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce high-quality videos for marketing and social media.
• Lead social media campaigns and maintain content calendars.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior creatives and marketing assistants.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4+ years of creative or marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in website design (Wix preferred), video production, and social media management.
• Strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
