• RAMC Outpatient Pharmacy Pharmacist provides services for discharge and ambulatory patients.
• Providing Medication Therapy Management Services, immunizations, precepting of pharmacy students,
• patient counseling and education, support for our 340B program, and providing leadership for all pharmacy
• staff.

Education and Training Required

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency training program is preferred.
• Working knowledge of clinic-based operations (vaccinations, medication sampling, supply requirements,
• etc.) preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin.
• BLS certified.

Experience

• One year of clinical patient care.
• Three (3) years of retail, institutional, community hospital, or an ASHP-accredited residency training
• program is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, manual/fine dexterity, grasping, and hearing-close
• distance.
• Occasional bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling and squatting.
• Occasional ability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
