About The Role

Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, elevations, details for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).
Maintain the accuracy of drawings, and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables.
Coordinate drawings, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Assist in the development of internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of proven experience working with           AutoCAD.
Effective English communication skills.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with other Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D) is a plus.
Experience working with international companies is an advantage.
