About The Role

The Schedule: 5pm start time, days off TBD

The Role:  Night Warehouse Operations Clerks  provide administrative support to warehouse operations by performing essential office functions, including data entry, record maintenance, reporting, label creation, and operational documentation. This position helps ensure operational accuracy through timely system updates, effective communication, and coordination across departments. To find success in this role, candidates will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Provide administrative support for warehouse operations through accurate data entry, documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Track operational tasks, timelines, and outstanding items to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update operational reports, warehouse records, labels, and system information.
  • Communicate professionally with warehouse associates, supervisors, transportation, and other support departments.
  • Identify discrepancies or operational issues and resolve or escalate them appropriately.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives during the overnight shift.
  • Serve as a dependable resource during high-volume operational periods.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • At least two (2) years of AS400 experience strongly preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of NCR (Power Dock) experience. 
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in a shipping and receiving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, workstreams, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once expectations are defined.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and consistent attendance.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ten‑key by touch proficiency (approximately 5,000 keystrokes per hour).
  • Professional phone presence and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with flexibility to support operational priorities as needed.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
